And last week’s Forrester Wave Report highlighted the game-changing developments being driven by new-generation Talent Acquisition vendors – thought leaders who understand that today’s candidate attraction and management (not to mention talent pooling) needs to achieve both a ‘beautiful simplicity’ and something approaching a paradigm shift if organisations are going to win their war for talent.
Forrester’s report – which draws assessments from analysts, research associates, vendor response teams and customer references – gave particularly high scores to Jobvite in both the “Current Offering” and “Strategy” categories. And Jobvite certainly appears to have delivered the dual advantages of ‘beautiful simplicity’ and ‘paradigm shift’. Beyond calling the product suite a “clear leader with deep social tool functionality” Forrester stressed that “customers give Jobvite high marks for ease-of-use, satisfaction in product performance, implementation, sourcing candidates and providing metrics on sourcing solutions.” Praise indeed.
